How accurate is this calculator?
It uses AELC time standards and published U.S. market data to give a realistic range. Your final price depends on a site visit and each independent provider's own rates.
Why is there a minimum charge?
Every job carries setup, travel and protection time, so most providers apply a minimum job charge. Bundling more items into one visit is usually more economical.
What is an initial reset?
The first, more intensive cleaning of overhead surfaces that have built up dust over time. Recurring maintenance visits after that take less time and cost less.
I own a cleaning company. Can I use this to price jobs?
AELC members get the full Quote Builder: their own hourly rate, itemized branded proposals they can print or copy, and an automatic customer tracker.
