Is AELC a franchise?
No. AELC provides marketing, education and technology to established independent cleaning companies. You keep your company name, set your own prices, hire your own staff and contract directly with your customers. There are no royalties and no required purchases.
Do I need to buy an expensive machine?
No. The AELC START tier is built around high-reach attachments and microfiber tools that work with a commercial HEPA vacuum you may already own. Upgrade when the work pays for it.
Are leads guaranteed?
No. Members are eligible for service requests from facilities in their area. AELC does not promise any number of leads or level of income. Most members also sell AELC services to the customers they already clean for.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Your provider page is removed when membership ends.
Who qualifies?
Established cleaning businesses with an active business registration and general liability insurance. Insurance documentation is verified before your page goes live.
