AELC Network Provider Terms
Effective October 4, 2026
1. What membership is
AELC membership provides marketing, education and technology services to established, independently owned cleaning businesses: a provider page on aboveeyelevelcleaning.com, directory listing, eligibility to receive facility service requests, AELC Source-Control Method training and testing, marketing materials, the Quote Builder and customer tracker, and permitted use of AELC marks.
2. Independence
You operate your own business. You alone decide your prices, hours, staff, customers, contracts and which work to accept. AELC does not control your business operations, assign exclusive territories, take a percentage of your revenue, or require you to purchase equipment, products or services from AELC or any designated supplier. Nothing in these terms creates a franchise, partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
3. Fees
Membership costs $379 one time for sign-up and training, plus $179 per month or $1,790 per year, billed in advance. Optional add-ons are billed only if you choose them. The sign-up and training fee is non-refundable once training access is provided.
4. No guarantee of leads or income
AELC does not promise any number of service requests, customers, sales, revenue or profit. Any examples of pricing or customer value are illustrations, not representations of results you will achieve.
5. Your responsibilities
- Maintain an active business registration, any licenses your work requires, and general liability insurance (and workers' compensation where required), and provide current certificates on request.
- Perform work safely, lawfully and in a professional manner, and follow the AELC scope and stop rules when representing work as AELC Above Eye Level Cleaning.
- Describe your relationship with AELC accurately as an independently owned AELC Network Provider.
- Respond promptly to facility requests you accept.
6. Use of AELC marks
While your membership is active, you may use the AELC Network Provider mark and, once earned, the AELC Certified badge, alongside your own business name and according to AELC brand guidelines. You may not use AELC marks as your business name or imply that AELC performs or guarantees your work. Use ends when membership ends.
7. Listing standards
AELC may decline, pause or remove a listing for lapsed insurance, unpaid fees, misrepresentation, unsafe practices or repeated customer complaints.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are not refunded for partial years except where required by law.
9. Liability and indemnity
You are solely responsible for your work, employees, vehicles, equipment and customer agreements, and you agree to indemnify AELC against claims arising from them. AELC's total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
10. Changes
AELC may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
