Frequently asked questions

What's included in a Vent Refresh?

Every supply register, diffuser and return air grille in the space: faces, fins and visible louvers, plus the dark smudge ring on the surrounding ceiling, with before-and-after photos.

How long does it take?

Most small and mid-size spaces are done in a single visit, scheduled when you're closed.

How much does it cost?

Your local AELC provider sets the price based on how many vents and returns you have, their height and their condition. Request a Vent Refresh and they'll confirm your price before any work is scheduled.

Is this air duct cleaning?

No. The Vent Refresh cleans the visible vents and grilles. Duct interiors are cleaned by HVAC duct-cleaning contractors.

What happens after?

You'll get photos and a short report. Many customers add fans, lights and other overhead items, or set up a recurring schedule.
